Player ‘B’ has a rating of ‘2’
the difference between Player ‘A’ rated 17 & Player rated ‘B’ 2 is 15
so we Look down the ‘Difference in Ratings’ column in the table above & find the rating of 15 in the table, which would give the handicap of 12points start per game.
